How did you feel when your book came out?

The timing couldn't have been better, both in my professional and family life! As a Quebecer, I also quickly realized that Maïa Editions opened the doors to a new and diverse readership in France.

What was the feedback from your first readers? What did they tell you about your book?

I've heard nothing but positive feedback! Because my book is so personal and unpretentious, readers get only what they want out of it. I was curious to know how a qualified sleep professional would perceive my book. Since I only talk about insomnia from my own experience, would she see me as a fraud?
