While there's often a trigger that explains our bad night's sleep, it's important to remember that the way we handle this ordeal can, despite ourselves, lead to a chronic disorder. Indeed, there are pitfalls and bad habits to avoid during a sleepless night. Beware of the long-term psychological effects that result from repeated bad nights.
